Since 1991, Presenting Solutions Inc. has provided the staffing industry
and corporate human resources departments with challenging skills evaluation software with meaningful
results for popular business applications on both the Windows and Macintosh platforms.

Presenting Solutions was created by consultants whose clients included prominent
San Francisco Bay Area companies. During their years of consulting, they often
witnessed companies struggling unsuccessfully to complete projects, simply
because an HR department or staffing company hired or sent someone who claimed
to have advanced computer skills, but in fact, were only skilled at a beginner
level.

This situation was exacerbated by primitive skills evaluations that tested only
for the most basic skills in software programs. The results were test scores
that indicated a greater facility with the subject than was actually the case.
No matter the blame, the company lost, productivity suffered.

It became clear that those responsible for making hiring decisions needed a
challenging evaluation system. One that stratified results for a greater level
of validation and could be expanded and updated quickly so as to constitute
an arsenal of evaluations.

Out of this need Presenting Solutions was born and soon created MACValuate
and WINValuate, The Standard in Skills Evaluation Software. Since then,
Presenting Solutions has been busy creating other testing and training standards
such as the award winning InterAct, an interactive software simulation system
for Macintosh and Windows. Other products provide solutions such as IPMA-HR
computer-based clerical skills, Accounting, Legal, Medical, Call Center, Data
Entry, Typing, and Tech Tests. All titles are now available in the Pre·valuate®
skills assessment system. In addition, we provide custom testing and training
application development.

The dramatic increase of computers in the workplace over the last ten years has
resulted in a rapidly growing demand for qualified individuals. Presenting
Solutions believes that the demand for software operators will continue to grow,
and they will be expected to know a great deal about software applications
